Ok, two people are standing around at work talking about how the French have put a trade restriction on US imports to protect their farmers.  One guy says, "Geez, always with the f-ing french.  We save their ass in WWII and this is how they repay us.  Some gratitude."
If you feel the same way, would you put your .02 cents in or leave the area?

Iraq fires a missle at a US airplane and almost shoots it down.  A buddy at your work says, "Geez, we really need to teach those Iraquis a lesson.  We should bomb the crap out of them."  Do you answer or run away and hide?

After our plane was shot down over China, did you make any comments about China, or the Chineese government, or the treatment of ethnic minorities by the Chinese government?  Did you complain that the Chinese are getting too big for their britches?

Have you ever commented that certain newly arrived immigrant races can't drive well?

Have you complained about the Arab (or read OPEC depending on your PC tollerance) stanglehold on the oil supply?

Have you complained about rampant illegal immigration over our open borders?

Have you complained that so many tech companies request "Highly skilled worker" visas rather than training Americans to do the job?

Have you complained that most everything in your house is made in another country?

Or did you avoid the subject because you didn't want to be labled as racist?

Be honest now, have you said anything about any other race and or country this year?  I'll give you the answer later this weekend, and it's not what you are expecting.

Who care's whether you're "labeled" or not?  Anything that is pro-American, pro-Constitutions, pro-family earns you a label anyway by the liberal left goons and media pundits.  We need to quit worrying about who's getting labeled and start sticking our views in their faces like they do to us.  Better speak up now before we have to shoot later.

OK, is this one of those "let's see how many people I can piss off contests"? Well, let's see how well I do.....
1. I don't blame them for protecting their farmers, we should do the same more often. As far as them owing us for saving their ass in ww2, maybe to some degree, but the negros try to use the same argument to cry about reparations.
2.Bomb them repeatedly until they say they're sorry and promise not to do it again.
3.Same thing as number two if they would have fucked with us to much longer about holding our airmen.
4.I'm assuming you're refering to orientals. Well it's true, they can't drive, they're used to riding bicycles where they come from.
5.Of course, it seems pretty obvious to me. And this issue is alot more relevant than the French farmers, Saudi Arabia begged us to save their asses from Sudam, and look at the thanks we get.
6.Yes, but at the same time, alot of these illegal polish, oriental, mexican, or other immigrants are alot more hard working and polite than most of the trailer park or ghetto trash that we seem to put up with on a daily basis.
7.I'm sorry, but why should these companies have to train us if the rest of the world is already trained. Seems like us lazy Americans need to get off our asses and do something about it instead of crying about it.
8. Not everything in my house is made in China.
9. Fuck no. Call me or label what ever you want, I could give a shit. Hell, I've been called worse.
10.At one time or another.

No. There is clearly a lack of "highly skilled workers" in the USA. I am basing my opinion on the current education standards we have and the declining test scores. Would you trust someone that got 500 on his SAT's, partied his ass off in college, graduated with a C avg, to build computers for the space program. I would rather import em from a country who's culture values education rather than MTV and how much money they have or have not.

Everything you do is now considered either "PC" or "not PC". People hate blacks because they want affermative action and still bitch about we owe them something because of slavory. I say screw those who say that because I never owned a slave and none of them have ever seen slavory. People hate Indians because they come into the country and open a 7 Eleven on every street corner and because they are forigners the government gives them a HUGE tax break. People hate mexicans because they come into the country illiegally and get the same healthcare and benifits as we do. There will always be racism and there is nothing anyone can do about it. But from my experience they bring it on themselves. I on the other hand believe in judging a person for who they are, not because of thier race, color, or religion. I'm a middle class, white, male, heterosexual and it seems like we get blamed for everything. Blacks, gays, lesbians, women, criminals, and forigners have more rights in society yet they always blame us for racism. But I live with it a go on. Lifes tough but no one said it would be easy.

Racism is the belief that others who are from a different ethnic background are gentically inferior.

you should ask "are you predjudiced against others who are not like you?"

i am predjudiced against statists, and very stupid people who like to freeload off of others.

racist, British dated racialist  noun [C] DISAPPROVING
A racist is someone who believes that other races are not as good as their own and therefore treats them unfairly.

1) France is a nation not a race.

2) Iraq is a nation not a race.

3) Any answers to this series of questions would be made based on an action or actions stated in the original question.  Therefore the answers are based on a particular incident/event and not a race of people.

4) How does one know what country a person driving a vehicle was born in?

5) The term "Arab" is used for a group of people that live in a particular area of the world and is not based on race.

6) If a county has "open borders" how can they also have illegal immigration?

7) Weather a person is or is not a "highly skilled worker" or does or does not hold a "highly skilled worker" visa is irrelevant to a particular race of people.

8) Does an item made in a particular country have to be made by a particular race of people?  If so please post what country is totally homogenous in terms of race.

9) Not a single one of your questions deals with the issue of race.

10) Does a statement similar to, "The black people of the world have some ancestral roots based in the continent of Africa." Make one a racist?  Again, speaking about a country does not have anything to do with a particular race.

I am an Equal Opportunity Asshole. I do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, sex, or religion. This lighthearted disposition is hardened everytime I visit a public place (esp. bank, post office, auto parts store...) or drive in heavy traffic.
I just can't figure out how the mainstream can survive out-of-doors.
That being said, I'm always surprised when someone actually responds with a "thank you" when I hold the door for them, or get the courtesy wave at an intersection.

I am glad I will get a chance to state my thoughts on the race subject. I am particularly quick to distrust anyone whom is willing to judge you based on your personal preferences. I find hate crime laws to be especially disturbing as I find it to be in the same league as gun laws. Murder or assault is the punishable crime. Rather or not the perpatrator of this crime was a "racist" is adding time to a sentence based on a personal thought opininion or belief, the same as adding extra time for using a gun instead of a knife. It is generally assumed that the majority of racists are white which also bothers me, not only because I am white but simply because it isn't a truth. If I own a company and I choose not to hire people of non-white persuasion why am I obligated under law to hire someone I don't wish to hire? Is it not my company? I feel that race motivated violence is wrong. To choose who you wish to or wish not to associate with is strictly your god given right and is a part of freedom and should not be treated as a crime.

Speaking of TRUE Racism:
Four years ago I started college at UCF, along with a co-worker from South Africa.  This guy was actually born in Africa, and despite being technically "African-American," he was also ass-white!  So, here comes the hypocrisy- he applies for an "African-American" scholarship, and is turned away from an interview on the basis that he does not fit the "criteria!"  He never had the financial or legal resources to pursue the matter any further, although I wish to God that he had.  TALK ABOUT BULLSHIT BY THE TRAINLOAD- THIS IS TRUE RACISM!

I need be neither to see that mnay people to-day would not be able to survive by their wits alone, to see that English is becoming a deal language (like Latin,) to see that too many people coming here do not actually care about here, as long as they do not kill hte goose that lays the golden eggs, and to see that most of these people coming over have it better than I do, even before they start working.

Ok to my point.  We all consider ourselves "open minded,"  we consider ourselves above political correctness.  So why is it that we can talk about race relations on CNN/Talkback, Fox News, on Geraldo, in the papers, but you say the word Jew when talking about race relations and you are instantly an anti-semite.  Even if you don't say anything bad, just bringing up the subject makes you bad.

Why don't we have freedom of speach to talk about this?  I see 40 hits to this post.  Had I had the word "Jew" in the topic it would have been such a bash fest, or would have been locked down in a day.

WHY IS THAT?

Ticonderoga,

You seem a little preoccupied with the Jews, and other race-related topics. You should stop worrying about what WE think, and maybe spend some time asking yourself these questions.

I am preoccupied.  Why is that?  I have NOTHING against Jews.  I'm just curious.  I inquire about historical subjects and regularly get called a Nazi because I ask "Why?" questions.  This should not be.  We should be able to ask questions and debate without getting slammed.

For my own reasons, I enjoy talking/debating about subjects like these because I love history.  I really enjoy learning about the past.  A nagging question has bugged me for decades, why were the Jews always oppressed throughout history?

I began looking for answers and was often told not to ask because it was "anti-semetic."  I'm far from that.  I just found some Jewish blood in my own family tree, not much, but it's there.  I bet a great majority of Americans or Europeans have some mixed in as the Jews have lived in almost every European country in the last 2000 years.  I have Jewish friends.  I have a great respect for what many accomplishments Jewish people have done in the world.  But every time I asked, "why?"  I was treated like a Nazi.  WHY IS THAT?

Why?  Please someone answer that question.

I was talking about a HISTORICAL bit of info about Pre WWII persecution of Jews and am told not to ask questions, to "spend some time asking yourself these questions."  Why, I haven't persecuted any jews, so why is it wrong for me to inquire about King Edward of England?  By my other post I have learned that Martin Luther was anti-semetic and I now have a desire to study up some history on him.  So why is Major Nelson so uncomfortable with my asking?

Why?

I'm not a racist. I don't hate on the basis of color. Only on character. I know some cool blacks. And I know a lot of asshole whites. When I see someone I never think about what color they are. But I still laugh at jokes directed at a particular race, such as indians, arabs, etc. That's what makes it funny, it sterotypes people, but usually it is true as well. I am not talking about hate jokes either, just jokes about how they drive, etc. We need to be a little bit less sensitive.

One major problem with race relations in this country is that many still do not see racism as a two-way street.  Blacks can discriminate against whites, and vice versa.  The issue of racism too often revolves around racism by whites against other races.  To solve a problem, you must first be fully aware of its existence.  Until affirmative action (reverse dicrimination) and other like programs are ended, this will not happen.  As far as being proud of being white, I don't think "proud" is the proper word (I didn't do anything to EARN being white).  However, I will never apologize or feel guilty for being white.
