A protest planned by the Open Texas group for today FRIDAY-  but it is at City Hall at noon -- here are the details:  

ATTENTION NORTH TEXAS ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

If you are fed up, then tomorrow is your chance to make your voice heard!

Due to today’s unconstitutional edict from Judge Clay Jenkins we are asking all of Denton, Collin, and all surrounding counties to meet us tomorrow at Dallas City Hall at NOON instead of in your county for the protest. Instead of the “Honk in” around the state, we will have a real protest (peaceful) standing outside of City Hall. We will meet up at 12:00pm. THE MEDIA will be present. Please bring signs, flags, anything to show support for us to OPEN TEXAS! Please keep it respectful. Please follow the social distancing guidelines and know the police will be present. Be respectful and thank them for their service. We need all bodies in Dallas tomorrow for strong support.

Couldn't agree more.  Barely two hours notice?  WTF man!!

Gov Abbott is going to announce a plan today for opening TX back up. He'll probably loosen things up for most of the state by May 1. The Dallas and Houston areas will probably take longer because they haven't hit their peaks yet
