What might help is to hand out copies of the Constitution and more importantly to be on camera doing it at every opportunity.
Handing out leaflets with home addresses and pictures of each lawmaker that has sponsored or cosponsored the antigun legislation may prove more effective.
It's ARF. Do both.

I think many here would agree if given only 2 choices Anarchy is better than Tyranny and remember to most Dems they already think owning guns and open carry is anarchy so who gives a fuck

And to the second point we won’t know that until Lobby Day, the antifa that are against gun bills may not be the same as the ones who always riot and burn shit. Just like non gun people don’t understand the difference between Fudds and non

Eta not trying to be argumentative towards you personally just offering a different side but Incould be 100% wrong who knows

If you VA peeps have not started the official recall process on every single one of the dems, you need to do it now.

It is possible to sue them all for violating
42 U.S. Code §?1983.Civil action for deprivation of rights
http://jailhouselaw.org/section-1983-lawsuits/?

Imagine if each rep and senator was directly sued by the populace of the city county and state.

HOUSE BILL NO. 1545
Offered January 10, 2020
A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 17.1-805.1, relating to discretionary sentencing guideline midpoints; act of domestic terrorism enhancement.
----------
Patron-- Samirah
----------
Committee Referral Pending
----------
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 17.1-805.1 as follows:

§ 17.1-805.1. Discretionary sentencing guideline midpoints; act of domestic terrorism.

A. For purposes of this section, an act of domestic terrorism includes any violation that is an act of violence as defined in § 19.2-297.1 or any felony violation of § 18.2-52, 18.2-52.1, 18.2-53, 18.2-53.1, 18.2-56.1, 18.2-57, 18.2-83, 18.2-108.1, 18.2-121, 18.2-127, 18.2-128, 18.2-138, 18.2-186.4, 18.2-279, 18.2-282, 18.2-282.1, 18.2-289, 18.2-300, 18.2-308.1, 18.2-308.2, 18.2-308.2:01, 18.2-312, 18.2-423, 18.2-423.01, 18.2-423.1, or 18.2-423.2, with the intent to (i) intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) influence the policy of a local, state, or federal government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) disrupt the conduct or workings of a local, state, or federal government.

B. In addition to any increases in the midpoint of an initial recommended sentencing range calculated in accordance with § 17.1-805, the midpoint of the recommended sentencing range for any act of domestic terrorism shall be further increased by 200 percent in all cases.

2. That the provisions of this act may result in a net increase in periods of imprisonment or commitment. Pursuant to § 30-19.1:4 of the Code of Virginia, the estimated amount of the necessary appropriation cannot be determined for periods of imprisonment in state adult correctional facilities; therefore, Chapter 854 of the Acts of Assembly of 2019 requires the Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission to assign a minimum fiscal impact of $50,000. Pursuant to § 30-19.1:4 of the Code of Virginia, the estimated amount of the necessary appropriation cannot be determined for periods of commitment to the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
they are already expecting violence, and doing their best to legislate their way through it.virginia will ABSOLUTELY be in a violent insurgency within 6 months. theres ZERO way this is not some demented democrat plan from federal democrats, bloomburg and soros, to kick off violence to wreck the 2020 election for trump.

They will have a CP on Marshall between 8th and 9th.
I suggest that as teams get sorted out that each Med leader touch base with them.

I’ll post this on the other thread as well and post pertinent updates.

Sure can.
Check the elections of 1862/3 and 1864.
Just because we had a secession crisis with 11 states trying to leave the union doesn't mean that elections won't be held.
Those 11 succeeding states didn't send representatives after 1862.

They are Expecting violence...

Violence.

They simply are not capable of comprehending what that would look like.

Let’s break this down.

Out of 100k protesters, lets say more than half are armed.

The magazine capacities will likely range from 15 to 60 rounds.

Averaging it all out... a safe estimate 50,000 people with an Average capacity of dumping 30rds ready.

Some are faster, others slower to react and fire.

Given all of that,  in the first sixty seconds, about 1.5 million rounds would be discharged at various targets.

By the three minute mark, with reloads and faster reaction, they would probably surpass 6 million rounds expended total.

All within a half of a square mile.

Think of that three minutes.... nobody wants that.

I honestly hope they pass every motherfucking Communist trash bill on the docket. Because if they did that it would finally wake up the FUDD bastards that negotiate away our rights every time they can. Make them felons for owning some Barnes all copper bullets. Make them terrorists for speaking forcefully at their BoS meetings. Arrest everyone with a over 10 round magazine. Check in mother's purses for illegal guns.  Arrest people for having a single .38 round in the bottom of their pocket.  The mask would be all of the way off. Heck - I hope there is vigorous and extreme enforcement. Roadblocks, door to door searches, total Gestapo madness - all of it would spell the end of the Democratic party in VA and probably most of the South.

I hope they do it because that is how we win. That is how we become We the People again - we have to unite against something. And the Dems would make a fine target.

So please. Please do it. Fucking bring it you yellow bastards that I'm sure are reading this. I double fucking dog dare the Communist trash to actually put their money on the line and go through with what they've threatened. It would be glorious. It would be a true revolution.

I just want to reiterate an idea I posted earlier:

It would be good to have a mechanism in place to fundraise, so that if any LEO in VA is faced with an unlawful order concerning gun rights, etc, etc, we can offer them the freedom to resign and seek employment elsewhere while we pay the a weekly stipend to cover expenses.
View Quote
No LEO is going to be quitting their job over these laws.

It's nice to imagine or believe that dozens or hundreds or thousands will toss their badge on the ground and walk out, but it's simply not going to happen. It hasn't happened anywhere this stuff has been implemented. Not one is throwing away their current and future employment prospects (and pensions). A promised "stipend" is not going to change that.

Such ideas are not even worth a momentary thought.

I don't think the psychological power of having a slush fund to buy out all the cops and VANG that the left thinks will be enforcing these new laws should be underestimated.
They'd happily use incentives to buy us off and split our loyalties and get us to snitch on each other. We're fools not to try it. But, again, there's -0- chance of me personally taking the idea and running with it. Soif you dislike the idea, rest assured, you don't have to worry about stopping me.

I think you've perhaps misinterpreted what I mean. In an ideal world exactly what you proposed would happen, I would love for it to happen. I don't want to "stop you" from anything.

I'm telling you that people are not going to throw away their careers for this. Because it's not even about covering a few weeks or months between jobs, it's that they would most likely be throwing away all future prospect of employment in law enforcement. I'm not saying I don't want your idea to happen, I'm saying it won't- with or with a promised stipend.

Because it's not even about covering a few weeks or months between jobs, it's that they would most likely be throwing away all future prospect of employment in law enforcement. I'm not saying I don't want your idea to happen, I'm saying it won't.

There's only one way to find out, and if it fails I"m sure the money can be repurposed.

I left a great job over a fundamental ethics issue. I was on a fast track to VP and then CEO.

Don't say "won't" because nobody knows what people will do when it comes down to matters of personal integrity.

"Most" "might" not. Saying "All" "won't" presumes omniscient vision. Nobody here has that.

There are good LE out there.

Willing agent provocateur on both sides.

Ever catch the shit globalists pulled in Kiev during the Maiden riots?  Footage of a sniper first shooting at the cops and then switching position to shoot at the protestors...  story here

The shooter is a Ukrainian alpha member who turned out to be a Russian sleeper agent from the Crimean platoon. He defected to Russia and serves in a Russian sf unit last I heard. There were also a couple svr operatives from Russia brought in for crisis management who did the same.

The police were hestitant to follow the directives involving shooting civis that were coming from yanukovich. Supposedly it was all done under Russian control.

No LEO is going to be quitting their job over these laws.

Such ideas are not even worth a momentary thought.

It’s a good idea for people who get fired or otherwise attacked for their participation. If NPR repeats that we’re Nazis often enough, it’s true.
