You are right unde the proper circumstances jury nullification is justified. Examine the offense first, before you jump to conclusions.

It is too bad that you kalidiots can't use jury nullification as your own state supremacist court, the same one that handed down the decision that THERE IS NO RKBA in the state, ruled that is unlawful and jurors can be replaced that do so.
