Is there some trick to entering chat? I even turned off my firewall. Clicking on the provided link merely gets me a blue screen with a lot of modem activity.
Enter my username & password? I'm not even prompted to do that. Is there an FAQ for chat somewhere? |

FYI you can use your log on name and password when you log in.
