I’m at my ideal weight for my height, just a little gut going on, but other than that I’m in pretty good shape. However, other than walking around a good bit on the weekends (while shooting, stomping through the woods, etc.) I don’t exercise at all. Do you have a daily exercise routine, or is your job your workout?

I walk a little over a mile every day, and do a few push-ups here and there.  I'm in much better shape than I was a few years ago, thanks to a much improved diet.

20 minutes everyday on the exercise bike @ 155 BPM.  I have felt so much better since I started doing it a month ago.  I don't even pant when jogging across the street.  [;)]

I do alot of working out at work but I do about an hour of physical therapy a night for my knee.  Not too hard of a workout but it sure makes me sweat real quick

I have a daily exersize routine:

250 situps
320 - 360 push ups
six mile run

eating healthy foods

on my rest day I usually do lot of walking

I dont use any weights only my own body weight

by working out daily I keep in good physical
condition all year around.

I haven't - in the last few years mostly due to my motorcycle accident.  Excerize has consisted of mowing the lawn, and doing a few chores around the house.

This year, I am going to try something a bit different.  I'm starting with 1/4 mile walk in the morning (yeah, I know, I'm a wimp), if that hasn't worked up a sweat, then I'm extending it by 1/4 mile until I do work up a sweat.  Then I'm going to build a few devices to do some "weight" training.

I want to lose about 5" in the next 3 months. I gotta get back in shape.  If I'm lucky, my wife will think I've got something going on the side and decide to leave. (lord, I'm feeling mean tonight - I don't think I mean that!)

Wish me luck.

I lift 3 times a week in my weightlifting class at the HS.  Once the college starts back up after winter break, I'm going to get a membership to their gym (47/semester for staff!) and go in the morning before school and play basketball.  That got me real cut up over the summer, but now I'm not as ripped...

I spend roughly 4 hours at the gym per week, running and weight training, and I try to avoid unhealthy foods.

I can only make 4 miles at a clip for now, and I am usually extremely tired afterward.

I run 5 miles every other day, and do pushps, situps, dips and chinups the other days.

Lift for 1/2 hour to 1 hour 4 times per week, 5 to 7 sets per body part, abs, calves, and forearms every workout.  Run, swim and ride the bike on non leg workout days about 4 times per week.  At 45 years old I'm still built OK.  Been doing weights and aerobic exercise since I was 16 years old.  Still eat pretty well, but I have a problems keeping on weight if I don't get at least 2500 calories per day.

I changed my diet and joined the gym a few years ago.

It took me about a year, but I dropped 70 pounds.

During the winter I hit the gym a few times a week, lift weights, and do cardio.

During the warm months I ride either my road bike or my mountian bike.

KettleBell routine 3 days a week for @ 30-40 minutes...

Treadmill for 30minutes at various speeds and elevation during the winter for another 3 days/..

Cycling replaces the treadmill during good weather...about an hour ride at various speeds/terrain...or a good hour walk around the hood.

Not enough...running 2~3 miles every other day and doing 120~180 push ups / sit ups when I'm not doing running. Should increase that mileage to 5 miles and push / sit up to about 240...
