www.rothira.com has some good articles and a message board.  I just heard of them the other day when capitalist mentioned it in another post.  I am fairly young (21) so what I am getting so far that is if I keep putting the $3k a year maximum I should have a nice healthy retirement fund put away by the time I am 60.

i got one.  i'm 25 and have 1k in it.  i was laid off for quite a while though so i didn't put much into this year.
