So what are ya cookin and drinkin tonite. Here its gonna be pizza for the kids and for the older kids a salt crusted Prime Rib,
 Shrimp Cocktail, etc....with mmmmm Beer,  couple bottles Wine, and of course Champagne! Oh yea Happy New Year!!!! ps We will be startin around 7.... thats PM okay.

Few Beers, start with one of the thickest, Guinness, then go the the lightest, Michleob Ultra! and then some champagne at midnight. Watch some hockey and the History Channel or maybe the last CD of Band of Brothers.

Starting off with some beer; maybe a Crown and coke or 2 thrown for good measure, and then finish off with just a bit or champagne. We are doing snack foods.....I am making homeade Buffalo wings, cheese sticks, shrimp coctail, guacomole and chips.
