My liver! Damn man, I'm glad you found it.
Last time I went out drinking it bailed on me, said it was sick and tired of trying to process all that alcohol...come to think of it that was in Ohio. I wonder if my liver was on its way to Mexico or something? |

Well, since it appears to be showing both a section of small intestine and a bit of liver, I would guess this is a belly tap of some sort.
Small incision into the abdomen, mini camera inserted, laparoscopy? Edit to add: Looks like a bad gall bladder too, seems swollen beyond normal. |
