Just turned on Fox News and they were doing some promo about Heather Nauert (sp?) interviewing a Special Forces unit. The footage they kept showing (or maybe it just keeps playing in my mind) was from a "hand-to-hand" lesson... in which she was being choked from the rear... and had to bend wwwaaaayyyyy over to flip her "attacker" over her shoulder.

God bless our troops - they deserve every good thing that comes their way - but I would've paid a large sum of money to have been the guy holding onto her from behind like that. Yikes.
