Looks like a nice little town ... anyway there to make a living?

Right now it's 34 and sunny here - had about 5 minutes of snow yesterday, but nothing that stuck - melted as soon as it hit the ground.  Have a little frost on the grass this am, but that's about it.

It's a welcome respite from the gray, rainy days that are usually the norm during this time of year.

Here in Miami there's building codes and such, most people take basic precautions. Before Andrew it'd been 25+ years since a major storm had hit.

It's the tourists that are the major problem

Yes, strange weather here for Ohio... 50ish degrees, doesn't look like it's going to get colder until after the new year.

Of course, this is just nature lulling us into a false sense of security.  Come February, it'll be snow up to our asses.  Fun fun fun.

New Hampshire- 50 degrees today, 58 tomorrow- freakishly warm, but beats shoveling. We'll be below 0 in another week or two.

I'm sitting here in shorts and a tee shirt, the doors and widows are open, and I'm going to an outdoor party tonight.

I took my four year old grandson out fishing earlier today, and we had fun watching pelicans chasing the dolphins for leftovers of their hunt. It's 5:00PM and about 72 outside right now.

About 38 degrees, which is definitely NOT cold enough for the 1-2" of snow the weather forecasters predicted.
