I have an early Remington 700 PSS and I was wondering if anyone knew the date codes for them. I goggled it, but couldn't find anything concrete beyond 1972. I'd call Remington themselves, but they are closed until January 5th.
 On the left side of the receiver, it has the serial number and the letters "RN" and about an inch away the letter "P" It's definitely an "older" PSS because it has the 24" barrel on it. Any help is appreciated. |
