I forgot to shoot the Fed that came by a while back.  Let's see there was an SHTF situation here in the state. FEMA is reacting.  Doesn't that mean I'm supposed to bunker up and start shooting???

listening to some of these cats around here, you'd think the postman, meter readers, road maintenance crews, etc. would be gettin extinct by now!
back before Y2K, the story was circulated that the stickers on the back of the traffic signs were to tell the UN which way to take their captives to the concentration camps.  
just the thought of the sign  erector crews i am familiar with made me chuckle!  yep.  some high tech, double naught agents there! [rofl]
