Here goes...

My wife has left me to fend for myself for the time being, so this is what I concocted tonight.

Chicken breast and onions cooked in toasted garlic parmesean olive oil, chipotle tabasco and some seasoning that was labeled my wife's "secret mix".  Ready made iceberg salad w/italian dressing and peppercinis, Corona.

Kimber TLE, G17, Surefire G2, Gerber MK II (with middle eastern mud still on it), Microtech Amphibian Auto, tape measure, mags, folded paper towel... do your worst.

The meal turned out pretty damn good... though a bit on the spicy side.

What's up... no comment?  Did I forget something?

Very nice dinner pic. One of the best.

BTW . How did you attach that paracord to your G2?

It came with the lanyard in the package.  There was a small metal ring with a lanyard attachment included that goes between the cap/pressure switch and flashlight body.

edited because I'm an idiot

Good lord man...do we need to set a fund to get you some new running shoes?

1500 miles and they aren't crapped out?  What, you do PT on the moon or you weigh 50 lbs?

They are pretty assed out.  Most of the running we do is on tracks, dirt or asphalt, so you can make a good pair last a while (shoe goo will fix anything)  I've had those for about 1 3/4 years (factor in about 30-35 miles/week and a 8 months of deployment).  It is time to change them out though.

You should see some of my boots.
