let see, hypothetically speaking of course, since I'm not interested in an arisaka. If I won the auction and sent the seller a copy of my C&R, it would be a perfectly legal transaction as long as I logged it into my bound book. anything I'm missing here?

so it's ok to sell jammed weapons on Ebay? woo-hoo! we should try to sell some "jammed" AR's and say the same thing about it, and see how long they stay on, then try and use paypal to pay for it!! [LOL]

Wouldn't you find it illegal to buy a rifle (assuming no C&R) from across state lines with no FFL involved?

But of course it's "jammed", so the ATF won't prosecute, right? [:)]

WWII rifle....aka modern....so it needs and FFL.  Unless it was demilled, as in "can not fire"......

Wrong bolt..hummm...so w/ the right bolt it would work?  IF I could find out?  Ya right.... keep away from that thing.
