I'm actually thinking of doing a FAL with a RIS like that, but free floating.
Sort of a .308 SPR. |

doesn't a rail like that put the centerline of the optic ridiculously high? Especially for the low cheek weld of the FAL?

re: SPR FAL -
It WOULD be a DSA build. Free float tube, one of their better barrels, mebbe the medium contour, a good trigger setup. It would NOT be a Steyr barrel, or G1 barrel, or anything like that. DEFINITELY something SA58. |
