I think it turned out to a M1 Enforcer in 30 carbine.

In the first pic, what is mounted on top a flashlight or optics?

Neither of those pics is terribly clear. The gun in the top picture looks like a High Standard bullpup shotgun though. Have even less of an idea about the gun in the second pic, but it could be the same one, with he flashlight removed.

Yep, pretty sure it was an M-1 Enforcer. And there was some question as to whether it was loaded.
