I've been trying to come up with a name for some time but haven't settled on any. I can say that the Laura Bush ticket sure sounds promising!
Seriously, I have considered Condi but, frankly, I think she would have trouble with the crowd who just can't stand having a black woman running (I can honestly say I could vote for her). I don't think that the party needs to dip into the Senate well for a candidate, Senators tend to not be electable to a national office. Better try from the House.
If you think of it, there really isn't any "new" faces with any name recognition. Collin Powell may give it a try but I really don't think he will.
My best guess is that a new Democratic force that I'll call the Zell Miller Dems will rise up and be a formidable force to recon with. Such a party could, I think, lock in the South and the liberal factions of the Democrat party will have to march in line just to have their party back in. Hillary may be real popular with the die-hard liberal dems but I don't think she'll be able to do much outside that.
