Is there a "default" image editor that comes with Windows? I just did a full install but I have nothing to open pictures I have saved on my computer. I have used the windows one for years so I want it but I don't know what it is called. Can anyone help me?

Is there a free image editor that can further compress the jpg pics from my camera.  Those images come out about 500 kb per pic.

It comes as a default, it should be there.

Goto start, Programs, Accessories.

Also, try right clicking the file, goto "open with" you should be able to use Internet Explorer to view pics.
