I know technically we cannot torture the SOB but can we use other methods of getting info?

He has alot of enemies can we tell him you don't give up some info and you are going to get some time with the kurds. Or one of the other countries he pissed off who don't play by the rules?

The rope must be of exact length to snap his neck, otherwise he would strangle to death. Wait a minute, maybe that's not such a bad idea....


Two simple rules:

1)  The Iraqi's can try him but the end result HAS to be DEATH.

2)  He stays in OUR custody until the deed is done (I don't trust those bastards). We even walk him to the gallows.

They can probably use things like sleep depravation, placing the subject in uncomfortable positions, and disorientation, but can't permanently harm him. The rules for a head of state who pretty clearly falls under Geneva are probably somewhat more strict, ie you can't get as jiggy with it.

Question for Sylvan if he is out there; are we tied to the Geneva protocols? I thought that we were not signatories.
