There's an actor that's portrayed Saddam several times, including "The Big Lebowski". He's made a minor career of it, making apperances in six movies as Saddam. In real life he's a lobbyist in Sacramento.

I think Alec Baldwin would be perfect on a couple of levels.

And Piccolo, Walter Mathau is dead, but then again so will Saddam be in a year.

Don't know the guy's name, but if you compare a pic of his character in Star Trek 5 and Saddam all disheveled, you will see a near match. I mean an almost complete match. Check it out.

That pic gives you an idea of how similiar they look, however, if you see pics of them in the same light (unlike this one in Star Trek where he's in direct sunlight), you'd swear they were the same man.
