as far as i can see, the mini 14 has only one evil feature. that would be the detachable mag.

can the barrel be cut down to 14.5 and have a vortex flash hider pernamently installed and still be considerd legal?

i went to their site to see the specifications and it listed that the barrel is 18.5 long. just wanted to know if i could make it a little nastier.

a possibility?
