I don't know is any of you guys remember me, but I was on this board a year ago.  I haven't been on lately because my National Guard company (Military Police) got deployed to Iraq for the war.  Well, still here and just wanted to let you all know I have been itching to get back on this board!  We just got internet access here at FOB St. Mere.  

It sucks being out here.  This FOB is within mortar range of Fallujah (the area we patrol and provide convoy escorts though) and the Iraqis don't let us forget that the insurgents are still out there with their 82mm mortars.  

I only have 30 minutes on the net at a time.  IS there anything you guys want to know about Fallujah from a guy who is currently there?  I will check back in a couple of days.  Anything going on out there?  Is Eric the Hun still around or anybody who might remember me?

Wow. Glad you are OK. Hope you get back here real soon. Just tell us in your own words from your experience if we should have gone there. Are we winning, and if we should stay there. Nothing like the opinion of the man on the ground to give you the straight skinny.

Yes, I would like to know what the Iraqi people REALLY think about us being there.  We hear lots of differant stories here but it would be nice to hear from someone that is over there.  Do they hate us?  Love us?  Wish we would leave, stay, die?
