Strangely, I am not suprised...

go figure

of course, i wouldn't be suprised if reporters from the vaunted FOX News channel ALSO agree with this.

What if you are a journalist and you learn that the Americans are going to ambush the North Iraqosanese. Do you A) Maintain secrecy and cover the story, or B) Crouch in the sand and detail the battle plan on air before the enemy is engaged, thus endangering American lives and tactical surprise?

It would be a honor to subject them both to friendly fire on a battle field.

Heraldo would probably help the vietkoreanese shoot at our troops. Only of course after giving them a detailed description of our guy's positions, movements, and fortifications. Journalists smell.

They better not complain when they get shot, then.

Most reporters will do anything and everything they can to trash anything Republican, conservative and American.  Because they have no concience or morals, they can lie, cheat and plagerize to their hearts content.

Old news. Self-important reporters have voiced this conceit of theirs for a while.  Bernard Shaw of CNN said the same thing back with Desert Storm. It's very difficult to respect journalists.

Isn't Peter Jennings a Canadian?

I took a class of Admiral Crowe at Oklahoma University in 1993 and we discussed this very exchange.  Believe it or not Crowe was on the reporters side.  Crowe was one of the biggest democraps I have ever met.  How he served in the military I will never know.

What else is new? What whores!  If they had known about the World Trade Center attack before it happened, by their own statements, they would have sold out all those people who died just to get the video footage and story.

Guys like that should get the shit kicked out of them.[pound]

BTW...Jennings got his US Citizenship this year.

Few Flag officers remain soldiers anymore.  Most turn into politicians.  It is sickening.
This is old news.  I saw this segment about a dozen years ago in college.

But you see how reporters (and liberals in general) see themselves so superior to the unwashed masses whom they claim to care about.

Which is why nobody does.
I wonder how many hearts and minds of American Servicemen they caputred with this report?  Embedded journalists?  You think they are going to let the journalists in the units again like that?  Naw...
The reporters gave it to THEMSELVES up the tailpipe.  That takes talent!

Most of the journalists in the field today, are only concerned with their story, their ratings.  They could care less if american troops got killed while they were getting their story.
The thing that makes me sick, is we continue to watch these egomanical, self-aggrandizing sons of bitches night after night.
The news departments of the major networks don't really produce alot of revenue.  So if you write and complain about their left leaning, socialist, hate america stance, they could care less.  The  powers that be, know if you get sick of it on one channel, you will change to another one and get the same propaganda.
Do you ever wonder why on any given night, the networks all cover the same stories?  Do you still believe there is a free press in this country?

It's time to employ counter-liberal tactics and infiltrate the media.

Not only is the media terrible, the Red Cross is just as bad. They can visit our captives but they cannot disclose their whereabouts. THat's why they will never get a dime from me.

Neutrality is one thing but evil is evil and good is good. There is no in between. If you are on the side of the good, it is your duty as an American and a Beliver to do everything in your power covertly or otherwise to work against the evil.

I can tell you this, if I were in the media in a war zone with the opportunity to take out the enemy, they would be dead, dead, dead! Had I'd been Dan Rather-be-a-commie, Sadaam would be dead, myself as well probably if I had to kill him with my bare hands but more of our troops would be alive today.
It is the death of a thousand cuts........
