A good friend has a Remington 03A3 with [arsenal installed?] Leupold scope mount. no GI scope. NEW to MINT unfired condition. paid $400. I think he got a real steal. what do ya think

Sounds like a fair price.  I've seen them go for as much as $650.  These are usually in orginal, as issued, military configuration and some of the adders are C stock, with fingure grooves, cartouches or proof stamps, if any, and who the maufacturer is.

The scope mount don't impress me unless it is realy an A4.
