if it's going to be anything like TRICARE drug plan, the contact will be awarded to a pharmacy benefit management industry like ADVANCE PCS, there are a lot more of those management industries, but ADVANCE PCS is one of the biggies.....those are the ones that will be awarded a contract to manage the program, and will be the ones that determine which drugs to buy from who....which could change depending if they can find a lower price.  

if I was going to invest in anything, it would be whoever is going to manage the program.

FWIW, I am hearing that the generic drug companies are going to be doing well soon. Look what happened when Viagra was made generic, I get 30 emails a day trying to get me to buy it. Remember, they dont spam if no one replies to it, they do it because some people DO reply.

IMO, those folks are worthy of a swift kick to the doo dads.

Um...Viagra still enjoys patent protection.

Invest in any of the Columbian Cartel's holdings.
They're still making a killing in the market.

PFE (Pfizer) is a good long term investment.


GILD (Gilead) might be worth looking at.


AMGN (Amgen) is another good one, their success rate is above avg, on FDA submissions.
