Didn't he get in trouble w/ alcohol before?  Maybe that's why he's "Joking" about pouring a pint.  I'm sure some left-winger somewhere will write him a nasty letter about how he shouldn't make fun of alcohol problems.

Whats wrong with that. If I was ever President (yeah right) I would be at the bar every weekend.
