By his lawyer!!!

Mark Geragos just took Michael Jackson's case over.

Who do you think is going to get all the attention, Peterson or Jackson?

Peterson's parents leveraged over $1 million dollars against everything they owned to hire Geragos.

Oh well.

I thought "snuffed" is a prison term for "traded for a pack of cigarette"

It would be most fitting if they found him floating in the bay without his head.

Uh...  To bring this thread back on track I'd say that Gerragos can have two clients and keep his name in the spotlight no problem.  These high powered "celebrity lawyers" don't actually do all the legwork themselves, they have tons of staff people doing that.  The first phase of the Peterson trial is now over and the first phase of the Jacko trial has yet to begin, and the Jacko trial will take *years* before it is over.  I see this as nothing more than continued employment for Mr. Gerragos.

I don't see any "snuff" or "snub" here, there's no overlap.
