My brother and I cooked one last year for christmas, and it was really good. Alot of work but worth it. My brother even got a marriage proposal from it.

Are you related to Ted Nuggent? I did a google search and most say to bake it at 350, the center needs to be 180 degrees. -HS |

You do need to slow cook it for 12-13 hours at about 190 degrees I believe, but it is so worth it. My brother is doing another one this year for thanksgiving. The link that was provided is the best one there is. I wish you luck ,like I said it is alot of work. You'll need one day just in deboning all the birds. I am thinking about doing this for new years eve.
