I vote for 'Miami Vice'. The music, the cars racing through the streets, THE WOMEN!!
God damn it Larry. I have teh exact one
Miami Vice it is. Series from the time i was a little kid staring at the TV. |
The A-Team. The introductory military drums, the narration, and the theme song! That one kicked ass!
Tour of Duty!
Something about the Hueys flying around, and when Sgt. Z. Anderson charges his M16, as he mouths "Lock 'n Load" It gets me everytime! -Jared |
Drew Carey show, Clevland Rocks.
All the little chicks with the crimson lips....... |
The opening scenes are not as good, but best music has to be "Barney Miller"!
That bass start just rocks. |
The 60's TV show... "The Prisoner"
Cool Music, and that neat Lotus Super 7 racing through the streets. M4-AK [:D] |
Go figure, Baywatch is my favorite. Anything that has a beach or ocean theme appeals to me.

The Brady Bunch???
Actually M4-AK already put in a vote for my choice...The Prisoner. |

Someone already mentioned 5-O.
I loved those haunting Ry Cooder slide guitar tracks on the late 80's Molson commercials. |
What about Magnum PI? Good music, neat Hughes 500 and that red Ferrari! Also liked Tour of Duty.....have a thing for helicopters.
I'm sure that we all loved the theme from Ren & Stimpy. Rock-a-billy guitar with the reverb cranked...gotta luv it.
A lot of good ones mentioned "Tour of Duty"I liked that Stone's tune "paint it black"
How about "Highlander"? John |
Soldier of Fortune Inc. period.
On second thought " Ivan, did you see the sun come up this morning?" |
Tour of duty although now that they show it weekdays at 3pm CST they don't use the Rolling Stones in the intro.
Chips Nasty Boys(swat team on NBC) Airwolf A team Stargate All 4 Startreks Highlander Riptide Magnum PI Fallguy Hot Springs Hotel |
I can't believe no one has mentioned The Incredible Hulk yet. Great music, and that split-screen scream at the end still gives me chills sometimes. [:)]
The opening sequence and theme to BATMAN BEYOND is kick ass. The best cartoon left on regular TV.
For real TV shows, my vote has to be for that CBS show about vietnam with the Rolling Stones song "Paint it Black". SAMHAIN44 |
1. A-Team
2. Airwolf 3. Streethawk (anyone remember this?) 4. SWAT |
The dukes of hazzard

and the tv show 'FallGuy' was cool, espesically with the babes 70s tv show 'SWAT' always got me pumped |
Man guys, what about Starsky and Hutch? That had to have some of the coolest 70s wakawaka guitar music and more action in the opening sequence than in most of the show.
My second would Magnum PI. I still stop what I'm doing if I hear that music come on. |
"I might jump from a tall building; I might roll a brand new car. 'Cause I'm the unknown stuntman who made Redford such a star...."
Hehe. How could we forget that one? Gotta love it. Anybody ever notice that the shot of Colt supposedly grabbing the overhanging signal rail from the top of a train was footage from Silver Streak (Richard Pryor & Gene Wilder comedy)? Also second Dukes of Hazzard and Magnum P.I. Kick a$$. |
1. M.A.S.H. (I love that show, must be the surgeons I guess.)
2. Airwolf 3. Streethawk 4. Blue Thunder (I loved that mini-gun on the nose) 5. The Fall Guy (song by Lee Masters, and Heather Locklear in a bikini.) |

Quoted: MacGyver for theme. View Quote Richard Dean Anderson is totally 100% anti-gun. The show's producers was sued once by the parents of a teenager who hurt himself because of show inspired stunt. |
