I am happy today!

Well I was a bit bored and thinking out loud.
Hope your day is going as well as mine. No particular reason just content with life and all. That and the fact that I feel good, look good, and have everything I ever wanted. A new job coming up, a really full gunsafe, a beautifull wife and a pretty good life overall.

Hope my joy rubs onto you.

Thanks for the message.

I was feeling stressed (as usual) and it helped put things in perspective. I spent about an hour this morning arguing with my fiancee (and co-author) about what academic journal to send a joint research paper to, and what order of authorship we should use.

Ultimately, who cares? We're both healthy, in love, have good jobs (for now, cross your fingers for us), live in nice houses and have food, heat and cable TV.

Life is pretty good.

im in debt another $1200 as of some shit i had to buy today
ive been sick since saturday with some hacking cough shit that won't go away
matt kenseth won the winston cup championship
its two hours until i get off work and its only monday
BATFE comes to inspect my premises wednesday so i've got that added stress
etc.....

bah-humbug

oh, wait a minute, i have beer on ice, all is now well with the world again

Monday is the 1st day of my weekend.

I don't work again till Wednsday night at 11pm.

Today is my first day back to work after 9 days off.

But at least I have a job!
