It's his trademark, the leather top hat. He don't leave home without it. He keeps a white bunny hide in it to make children laugh. Like he is a magician, he is kind of.

I can't believe none of the Florida guys hit on this.
The dude in the Top Hat is none other than Billy "Iron Horse Saloon" Stevens of Ormond Beach. This guy is great, helps our local Fire Dept. every year with donations for their Bike Giveaway. He is a Great Friend and a Super Person. Danny |
