Hmmm... Liberace did the same thing back in the 50s- sued a British newspaper that said he was homosexual. Funny thing is- he won, and won big bux. He said, when somebody asked him about the trial afterwards, "Oh, I'm so sad- so sad, I'm crying all the way to the bank"....

-and of course, it later turned out that Liberace was exactly what the paper said...
