Signups:CW Hosts, sponsors, Top 10 finishers, Top Females and Top Night vision runners will have the right to reserved run spots.
They have 3 days to sign up before general signups open to public.

Once general signups are open ANYONE can sign up, first come first serve. LAST DAY TO CANCEL/DROP FROM RUN LIST IS: FRIDAY 25 MAY 2018.
IN MEANS 100% IN. IF YOU "NO CALL/NO SHOW" YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THIS EVENT AND ALL FUTURE COLA WARRIOR EVENTS.
There will be 100 run spots slots accepted. We don’t plan on limiting the number of standbys. ALL are welcome to show up, but only 100 are guaranteed to run.
Standbys are responsible for keeping up with the thread to see if they have moved into run slots. If you are moved into a run slot and do not show… see above in red. (I suggest subscribing to the thread)
Please plan on attending as much of the event as you can. If you show up late Saturday, you may or may not get the chance to run the course before prize ceremony. We will of course let you run afterward.

PRIZES and SHIRTS:
In accordance with our harsh but fair motto… there have been some changes.
Awards Ceremony will be at approximately Noon on Saturday. Plan to attend. If there are no more runners waiting, it will be held earlier.
Anyone who does not stay for the awards ceremony will not be eligible for specialty prizes.

If you plan on leaving before the awards ceremony, and you want your swag, you need to bring a box already addressed with a prepaid shipping label. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your swag.

The leader board shows no distinction between “standby runners” and ”official runners”. Swag goes to the top 100 runners. If you get bumped to 101st place, you may not get a prize, even if you were on the official run list.
The standbys came out without a spot HOPING they could run. If they got to run, they get on the leaderboard with the rest of us. Harsh but fair.

To encourage people to show up and run as early as they can, the Event T-shirts will be distributed first come first serve to people who run the course. When they are gone, they are gone. Regardless of your final place on the leader boards.

Sponsor T-shirts will be for sale for 20$ each. You can purchase as many as you would like. First come, first serve.
Required Items:
Rifle of choice + 2 standard capacity mags for said rifle.
Pistol of choice + 2 standard capacity mags for said pistol.
To avoid tearing up the nifty reactive steel targets, please don't plan on bringing calibers that exceed 3500 fps at the muzzle or 3500 ft/lbs of energy. No Tungsten or M855A1.
72oz of cola of your choice or a Gallon of milk. 6x 12oz cans, 3x 24oz cans, or 1x 2liter with a 5oz chaser are the only allowed sizes. (Other nonstandard sizes will incur 30 minute time penalty if uncompleted)
Ear and Eye protection.

Restrooms: 4 porta-johns on site.
There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for general use.

Food will be provided.
Lunch and Dinner on Thursday.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday.
Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday.
Drinks: (Pending Funding)
There will be water and other refreshments. (However we suggest everyone bring some water with them just in case)
Adult beverages in the form of beer and "bad idea bar" Feel free to bring whatever you like. No one complains about too much beer.
Sleeping arrangements: Large open field on site, plenty of space to camp or bring a pull behind. Hotels ~5 miles away in Liberty.

OVERALL RULES:
LISTEN TO CW EVENT STAFF - if they tell you not to do something and you do it, you will be asked to leave and potentially be banned from all future events, depending on severity of infraction.
No loaded firearms in camp.
The hosts will be armed, and no one is dumb enough to attack a group of rabid Cola Warriors anyway.
You must sign liability release waiver for injuries before running course.
Bring legal form of Identification. Follow all firearms safety rules. No handling firearms after drinking. No airsoft at this event. Do not bring them.
No items of a sexual nature, there are kids around. If you break any of these rules you will be banned from this and all future Cola Warriors.

COURSE:
5 OBSTACLES
PEEPS/AK (The AK must be disassembled down to the bolt removed from carrier, then reassembled, hammer dropped and placed on safe.)
RUN .5 miles
SHOOT
CHUG 72oz carbonated beverage of choice. Or 1 gallon of milk.
COURSE RULES: 5 minute penalty for each failed obstacle. Each obstacle must be attempted. Last Peep must be in mouth before run. 5 minute penalty for each target left un-hit. 5 minute penalty for hitting pistol targets with rifle. 5 minute penalty for each Carbonated beverage not empty. 10 minute total chug time allowed, everything left after will be penalized.
6x 12oz cans, 3x 24oz cans, or 1x 2liter with a 5oz chaser are the only allowed sizes. If you vomit before finishing a 12oz can, no matter how much is left that can it is a 5 minute penalty. If you vomit before finishing a 24oz can, no matter how much is left that can is a 10 minute penalty. If you vomit before finishing 2 liter or not standard sizes it is a 30 min penalty.
Night run only: 5 minute penalty for light ND, 10 minute penalty for prolonged use.
NOTE: 10 minute range time will be in effect.
