Skip buying [b]"banana mags"[/b] and get ones for ammunition unless you really enjoy reading about bananas that much more than reading about ammunition. Personally I could leave them if I had to - bananas that is, I really like reading about ammo. Guns and Ammo is my favorite ammunition magazine.
[i]Wonder why they call them bananas. Wonder why they call them magazines?[/i] Normal capacity magazines are forbidden to be manufactured for the state’s subjects, I mean American citizens, to own. The military (of course) and police (?) are not subject to this same infringement of these rights which are self evident to all men. Ammunition magazines (the feeding devices not the printed ones) manufactured before the ban are of a limited number and under current laws no more normal capacity magazines can be manufactured. I would recommend that you spend about $100 and get five or six magazines for your rather expensive semi-automatic rifle. I would also recommend purchasing USGI surplus mags from a local Army Navy store if you’re near an infantry base or via the internet from such fine vendors as www.ammoman.com or www.cruffler.com - both often have 20 and 30 round magazines at fair pricing. |

Its called freedom. That is why you can own any mag of your choice.I myself own a 10, 20 , and a few 30s,Its just a personal preference and what works for you.
