Watch the "Drive All Night" video, she has a traditional look, a old school Hollywood appearance. She looks a lot better in this video than she does in most of her videos, in my opinion. She does seem to be a bit awkward in her movements in many of her videos.

I had a crush on her in the eighties. I was an idiot teenager who put superstar female singers and actresses on a pedestal.
Mindy Cohen was not on a pedestal, ever. Yeah, she was a great character actress and played the part of a teenage girl at a prep school in Facts of Life very well, but that meant nothing to me, I just was not attracted to her.

I also liked Justine Bateman, Erin Grey, the female sidekick on Knight Rider, the female sidekick on Remington Steele, Phoebe Cates, Elizabeth Shue, the female love interest in Karate Kid II, Debbie Gibson, Tiffany the singer, Gloria Estefan, Olivia Newton-John, Sheena Easton, well, the list is pretty long.
