Does not appear so. I will have to wait a couple months. But, even at 80 bucks - it will be worth it.

If you mean before you turn 62, I think that the answer is no. If you mean before you travel, the link posted by MochaJava works. I used it just before my original post.

Well crap . . . I got signed up for my pass just fine, but the wife won't be 62 until November which, I suppose, means that her pass will cost more.

Oh well . . . everything she's ever done seemed to cost more.
