He kinda went off the deep end for me probably 8 or so years ago.

His show comes on after Rush. I don't listen to him often or regularly, maybe a dozen times since the election. I listened to him more regularly back in 1999. Is the gun control stuff recent? Right now he's talking about being an antique gun collector. Says he wants to buy some Cooper revolvers from the Civil War era, he's reading the entire auction description on air

I listened to him for a good ten minutes. The entire time consisted of him spouting how great he is, how educated he is, and how knowledgeable he is. It quickly got old.

I cooled on Levin during the campaign, but he's usually pretty spot on, and even fairly well balanced on Trump. He was #nevertrump for about a week or so after he got butt-mad at him for his remarks to Cruz, but he did come to his senses, before the election, because he hates the GOPe, too.

I haven't listened to him lately, but he's probably only hard on Trump when he does something that isn't all that conservative, and he most likely goes off on both the media, and the GOPe.

It's why I still like him, though I no longer listen.

He used to be part of the daytime lineup around here 4-8 years ago.
Local AM talk is now Rush and a bunch of local, centrist jabberjaws. Stopped listening a few years ago.

ETA: I had a client who is friends with Weiner's son. Says the conservative thing is a schtick.
