Getting my wife a small gift
She won't utilize waterproof on the gen 2. I know she's like the rose gold. I can get the gen 1 for like $216  Attached File |

I have the Gen1 and my wife has the Gen2. I prefer the features of the gen2. Also waterproof isn't for diving. She can wear it in the rain r washing her hands...even swimming I believe. I would go Gen2

I got my wife the gen 2. She really likes it. I've played with it, but don't see the appeal. Oh well, she probably saids the same thing about the shit I spend money on.

If you’re buying it new get the Gen2. If you can wait a bit they should drop the price of the Gen2 once the Gen3 is released.

I've been looking into them as a birthday gift. I'm holding out to see the gen 3 if it gets released in time. If not I'll get her a gen 2.

I've had my Gen1 since they were first available.
Showered with it, washed my hands multiple times a day, hell I've even swam with it. Zero issues of water intrusion/problems. The Gen2 would be worth it for the standalone GPS if she's an avid biker, runner, etc. This allows you to track your workout without your phone present. |
