For every monument or memorial removed by liberals in any municipality, the federal government will construct 2 new statues to replace it on federal lands. Essentially make liberals pitch in with tax money to pay for more monuments. Would this have a chance of working?

There's is a huge difference between elected represtitive bodies voting to remove statues, and antifa/BLM thugs tearing them down during a protest. I'm all for small government, so if local municipalities choose to remove a statue, while I may disagree, it's their town.
