About to do a very basic environmental study on urbanization and population growth's effects on a region and wondering if GD has any links for resources to find such things.  I can look at the US Census for population, but one important thing I'm looking for is the expansion of land development for residential or commercial purposes.  Any idea where I can find maps charting that growth?  Either online or somewhere else?  Any help is appreciated.

If it doesn't have to be local to your area, the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commision has a huge amount of data available.  I'm not too familiar with things down your way, or if there is anything equivalent down there.

Thanks.  It has to be local, but this helps a lot because I can look at my local planning commission to see what they have.
