Stupid. Like the article said, the only semi-successful comedy reboot was 21 Jump Street.
Baywatch and CHiPs tanked hard. A-Team kinda sucked too. You'd think the studios would learn. |

Somebody keeps trying to make John Cena an actor.
The little I've seen of him, he doesn't seem to have the knack. He needs to play an android or something, worked for Schwarzenegger. |

I thought the Knightrider series was lame as I did The A Team and Airwolf. However, as lame as the TV series was, I have to admit that the movie version of The A Team wasn't bad. I have a feeling that a movie version of Knightrider, especially if they make it a comedy might actually be pretty good. Especially since the TV series sucked and a re-make can only elevate it from the bottom of the barrel. I'll probably actually watch this.

I saw the boxed set in Walmart and almost bought it. I loved Knight Rider as a kid and will watch it if it's on TV now. But the last reboot was terrible and this is going to be terrible. They need to stop raping my childhood.

Big Knight Rider fan as a child. Really tough to watch nowadays though its so corny. I tried to like the reboot they did in the 90s that played on action theater or whatever it was called.
Dont think I ever even saw any episodes of the reboot they did a few years ago with a Mustang. Did that even end up airing? Had a Trans Am when I was eighteen that looked identical to Kitt in the pilot episode when the car still had gold ground effects.
Never got my little light bar thingy on the front though.
