When I lived up in the Northwest years back, there were ads like that in Backpage, Craigslist, and stapled on half the telephone poles in town. Quite the little cottage industry teaching people how to be be a "social activist" They used to offer $5 an hour.....How'd ya think someone with no job stays full of beer and cigarettes?
