Yes, I have several packages on the way and can't see shit.
USPS needs to be defunded, I only use them when it's the only option.

I had a package coming USPS today to my office and it arrived just fine.
I just checked the tracking and I'm seeing what others are (their tracking system appears to be down). |

No tracking all day but the packages I was expecting made it and the item I sold on EE made it safely to the buyer.

USPS is upgrading, took me a couple of hours to print a label today, finally went down to mail it and they confirmed they are updating stuff and the database is screwed.

The USPS network has been down since around 10 am EST. I couldn't use mine at work most of the day today.I also can't get to the tracking site either.

I went to the post office this morning, to get 2 letters with eclipse stamps cancelled. I talked to my mail carrier, and she told me how well I was walking. She even gave me my mail, so I didn't have to hike out to the mailbox around noon. I'm not seeing any problem.

I went in to pick up a package that showed up Saturday, and they happened to have my brand new HD AMG in too but failed to give it to me. I checked the tracking on it before I left with no updates even though it showed up at 5:30am. Now I gotta drive back into town 20 miles to get it tomorrow.

Package arrived, as expected. Email and text notifications were working until about 9:00am then radio silence. Delivered at 10-ish. I always get a text within a minute of delivery and an email about 10 minutes later.
Today I received neither. That is a first. |

My packages all show delivered on the tracking (left in parcel locker) but of course nothing in my locker....great....looks like someone else got them. This was thousands of dollars worth of stuff too.

The girl at the PO told me the update/outage will not affect package delivery, just the customer accessing the tracking system. Their scanning system still works so when it comes back up you should have a complete list of scans as your package moves through the system. |
