Does "Rodriguez" translate to anything in English?

Start a thread about Ingles y Espanol translations.

Ex: English. Fly swatter. Spanish/Tex-Mex? Mata Moscas. Literally means, "kill flies".

Gara patas? Ante ojos?

No idea. I always like the cartoon character. Google says it means "son of Rodrigo," and the "ez" means "son of." But then wouldn't that become "Rodriguezezezezez...." at some point? I'm assuming Rodrigo is long gone at this point.

Glocks are good only for nurses and others who stand to profit from patching up injuries that primarily affect Glock users. IMHO, striker fired pistols are all bad. But then again, I'm no professional operator and usually marvel at the craftsmanship going into a pistol far more than I shoot one. Plastic pistols are just less "marvellous."

I can respect both sides of the chili (beans/no beans) issue, so long as it has no nutmeg in it.
