Isn't there some compatibility funkiness with the PA10?
That's the one thing keeping me from jumping on that deal.

Yes, they are proprietary, not DPMS/SR25, or any other common pattern. At least according to PSA

AR10s are not as interchangeable with uppers and lowers like the AR15.  As the AR10 has no "MilSpec" standard.    If you run this upper, it might be a good idea to run the PSA lower.    When I did my build, it took some slight tinkering with my 80% lower to match my upper.  No functioning issues, just slight fitment issues you encounter with the different makers.

Pa 10 complete lowers are 159

Add an adjustable block and a quality rail to the price...say 275ish total.  That's still a screaming deal.

The rail is what I've read had issues I think, it's not quite DPMS high or low profile or some such business. If I could find a quality rail I know would work, I'll order it post haste.

This is my first rodeo with anything AR10esque

I bought one along with the lower. I didn't tell the wife about the purchase but she figured it out when I left the shipping boxs next to the breakfast table.

PSA is supposedly coming out with a Gen 2 like dpms. I think they are dropping this version.

They're calling it X. I have the gen2 and love it. No issues what so ever. Dropped in a RRA varmit 2 stage and tightened groups to sub MOA with 168gr loads.

I just wish there was a pistol-grip besides a MIAD that fit worth a shit.

Oh, I know another:
I wish there was a non-reciprocating side charger upper reciever that I could swap my upper parts onto and fit to the lower.
