Walked into the LGS to pick up one of these today.  Wanted to get into the striker fired 9mm game...  Ended up leaving w/ a P320.

Ergonomics of the VP9 felt best.  But the Sig trigger won out.  Pretty sure I'm in the minority here.

I'm with you OP. PPQ close second for me because of trigger though. No squishy handle HK for me.

I'd go PPQ, but there really are no wrong choices. Also, nice avatar.

I opted for the VP9, a $20 match trigger set from HKParts.net and no regrets. It's my go to pistol now with Trijicon sights installed.

Volkspistol..all day everyday and twice on Sunday. Don't forget to put the HK..decal in the back window of your truck.

I rank them:
1) P320
2) PPQ M1
3) VP9

That said, the PPQ M1 mag release should be on all handguns.

You mean the paddle?  Or is there something unique to the M1 model?

VP9 is my favorite pistol. Ugly as sin, but best shooting modern hand gun I've ever had.

I like the 320's trigger better, but still shoot the VP9 well and like more things about the VP9.

The PPQ and P320 are pretty solid.  VP9 is ok but the grip shape doesn't work for me.

Aren't there like 25 combinations of back/side grip pieces?

The PPQ is my favorite striker-fired pistol.

None of them keep my trigger finger from rubbing the bottom of the trigger guard.
