"Shooting Spree" according to the article and police Chief Jerry Dyer said it was a "random act of violence".
yet the shooter expressed dislike of whites and he shouted “Allahu Akhbar” on the way down. Random my ass. Terrorist attack is defined as "a surprise attack involving the deliberate use of violence against civilians in the hope of attaining political or religious aims". Surprise attack - Check Deliberate use of violence - Check Against civilians - Check Political or religious aims - Check Maybe not enough people were killed to meet the requirements of a terrorist attack? |
