Franks is the founder of a non-profit that try to help young people. He's already filed bills at the Capitol to address gun violence.
"We are not going to lock-up our way up out of this problem," he said. They also reportedly stole a black handgun "...Im glad to be alive, my car and phones and stuff are replaceable!..." Notice the anti-gun POS fails to mention the handgun as part of his stolen 'stuff.' |

The police know who the problems are; stop going after the low-hanging fruit of simple possession and use and go after the violent criminals first. Stop having a revolving door justice system. Lock up people who commit violent crime and throw away the keys. Use a gun in a violent crime? Automatic twenty five years to be served consecutive to any other sentence. We can eliminate the problem with long term prison sentences, but our esteemed politicians don't want to lock up their constituents' children. Re-election in more important than anything else. |
