Fell victim to the marketing while at the grocery store tonight.

There should be a disclaimer during the commercial that the people who mistake that frozen pizza for delivery are, despite normal appearance, retarded.

Seriously, Totino's Party Pizza is better. I'm really kinda disappointed. And I paid $8.99.

What's Arfcom's favorite frozen pizza?

It's meh. The price makes it worse.

Dollar for dollar, Tombstone is better.

I ate a LOT of tombstone pizza when I was younger.

I don't eat frozen pizza now, but it's what I buy for my kids and they seem to choke it down...

Alot of local bars/pizza joints here make their own pizzas, and supply them to the grocery stores to be sold frozen. I buy those. So much better than the run of the mill shit.

Used to eat those for lunch in HS. Takes like 30min to cook according to instructions, but with a 30min lunch and 20 min of drive time we'd put em in and throw oven to hottest setting and cook them for about 8min and scarf it down

The Paul Newman brand that I add my own Gunnoes sauasage to at home.

The "California" brand in the yellow box is good but gives me excruciating diarrhea....

They do, and I still like them from time to time.  It was the only frozen pizza I knew growing up.  It was the only one my mom ever bought.  They're pretty decent actually.

Red Baron.

Though Urban Pie is a close contender, but only when they're on sale.

Does DiGiornio give anybody else the runs? I stopped eating them because they'd have me on the toilet all night long after eating one.

Same here, I ate them a lot growing up when my mom wasn't able to make dinner.  I think about the flavor of those pizzas with a lot of nostalgia....good stuff.

Named after the Tombstone Tavern in Medford, Wisconsin.

I liked Tombstone pizza much better when it was a Wisconsin thing before Kraft foods aquired it and ruined the hell out of it.

I recall eating DiGiorno pizzas quite often when I was a kid, then I went many years without. I picked one up on a whim two or three years ago and was totally dissatisfied with it. Tombstone is my go-to frozen pizza.

I always feel like a cheapskate buying them but they're damn good, crispy, and fast to make. If I want to go all out and roll my own, I simply buy the mix and let rise dough, swing by a Little Caesar's and buy some pizza sauce, sprinkle on some good mozzarella, pepperoni, and bake. Sometimes I do a stuff crust but I like to keep it simple when I have to knead the dough. +1 for Totino's!

I love the DiGorno rising crust pepperoni pizza, but I'll usually buy the store brand. Jewel, Target, Walmart ones all fine. Can't stand the one from Aldi. Just doesn't taste right.

As a kid I could stomach that frozen crap.  Now, I can't eat a frozen pizza if my life depended on it.  Like someone wrote in an earlier post even Little Caesear's $5 pies are better than ANY frozen pie.

I haven't bought frozen pizza in at least four or five years, when both of my kids moved out.

At risk of derailing thread, does it mess up your stomach like it did me?

Make no mistake, it's a great tasting pizza, but it does make you pay for it in more than just cash...
